- a national index for U.S. district, bankruptcy and appellate courts
- searchable by name, social security number for bankruptcy cases, name or nature of suit in the civil index, defendant name in the criminal index and party name in the appellate index
- accessible using your PACER login and password
- accessible via: http://pacer.uspci.uscourts.gov
- available 24 hours a day including weekends
- cost is $.08 per page
2008 Summer ECF Upgrade is happening September 27th & 28th.

Alert! More on Redaction Improper redaction can leave documents vulnerable. Adobe’s highlighter function allows you to create a black box over data, but that merely hides the data. Anyone can copy and paste the information into a word-processing document and remove the black box. |
