B240A, Reaffirmation Documents Form Changes
- Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedures 4008(a) states:
“...The reaffirmation agreement shall be accompanied by a cover sheet, prepared as prescribed by the appropriate Official Form.”
Effective March 20 and 21, 2010
- A checkbox has been added to the login screen to affirm your awareness of redacting. It must be checked in order to login.
- “Have you redacted?” prompt has been added. A reminder at the “Warning” page intended to be a double check.
