What is the optimal way to create a PDF?

How do I create a PDF from a word processing application?
- Check with the Help section of the application or review our manual for some tips.
What about documents I receive in paper format (i.e., certificates of credit counseling, certificates of financial management and pay advices)?
- Scan the paper following these guidelines:
- Resolution (DPI) set to 300 dpi
- Image or Picture Type set to black and white
- Page size no larger than 81/2 x 11
Can I add a hyperlink in my PDF to a previously filed document?

Is it possible to link two or more PDF documents in the same event?
