Are your petition, statements and schedules in the correct order? Check out the Clerk’s office preference

Need to reschedule a 341 meeting of creditors? Here's how:

  1. Contact the Trustee assigned to the case to schedule a new meeting date and time.
  2. Send Notice of the Rescheduled 341 Meeting to all creditors.
  3. File the Notice and Proof of Service with the Court.

Want a report of your internet payments to the Court?

  1. Login to ECF
  2. Select [Utilities]
  3. Select [Internet payment History]
  4. Enter the desired beginning and ending dates
  5. Click [Run Report]
  6. A report of all payments made during the specified time range is displayed.

Have you updated the notice deadline on form pleadings?

Time periods that are less than 30 days are changed to multiples of seven days. See the ECF User's Manual for more information.
