Disclosure of Compensation of Attorney for Debtor

HIGHLIGHTS

Disclosure must be filed with the voluntary petition or within 14 days.

When another attorney appears at a §341 meeting of creditors and is compensated, an amended disclosure of compensation is required.

When included with Voluntary Petition, please refer to the ECF Users’ Manual for guidance on the order of schedules and statements
When filed within 14 days of filing a Voluntary Petition, docket with other schedules and statements: Bankruptcy > Miscellaneous > Schedules/Statements/Summary.
When filing an Amended Disclosure of Compensation of Attorney for Debtor, docket Bankruptcy > Miscellaneous > Amended Schedules/Statements/Summary. Select the Fee Disclosure box from the pick list.
