Email Activity Summary for ECF
HIGHLIGHTS
- Have you had problems with your e-mail account and are unsure if you received all of your electronic notices?
- Would you like to look at your Notice of Electronic Filings (NEF) at a glance rather than individually?
- Would you like to search for an NEF for a particular date?
- Would you like a report that will help you prioritize your NEFs?
Then review your Email Activity Summary:
- Select Utilities on the ECF menu bar
- Select Email Activity Summary
- Enter the desired start date and ending date
- Click Run Report
SPOTLIGHT: Administrative Procedures (Signatures and Affidavits of Service - Section II (D) pages four and five)
- Declaration Re: Electronic Filing (Debtors’ Attorneys) to be filed within 5 business days of the electronic filing of the petition.
- Amendments, pleadings, affidavits, and any other documents which must contain original signatures... The pleading or other document electronically filed shall indicate a signature like “/s/ Jane Doe,” unless the document has been scanned and shows the original signature.
