Email Activity Summary for ECF

Then review your Email Activity Summary:

  1. Select Utilities on the ECF menu bar
  2. Select Email Activity Summary
  3. Enter the desired start date and ending date
  4. Click Run Report

SPOTLIGHT: Administrative Procedures (Signatures and Affidavits of Service - Section II (D) pages four and five)

  • Declaration Re: Electronic Filing (Debtors’ Attorneys) to be filed within 5 business days of the electronic filing of the petition.

  • Amendments, pleadings, affidavits, and any other documents which must contain original signatures... The pleading or other document electronically filed shall indicate a signature like “/s/ Jane Doe,” unless the document has been scanned and shows the original signature.
