What is the Notification of Electronic Filing?
- Verification that the transaction has been electronically filed in Court’s database.
- Certifies that the filing is an official court document.
- Includes the assigned docket number, date and time stamp of the filing.
How do you get your free look at the document?
Click on the document number hyperlink from the Notice of Electronic Filing received via e-mail.
How can you view what Notices of Electronic Filing have been sent to you?
View the Email Activity Summary Report.
How can you determine which parties are currently on the Electronic Mail Notice List to receive Notice of Electronic Filing?
Select Utilities > Miscellaneous > Mailings... > Mailing Info for a Case > {Insert case number}
