Filing Requirements:
- Amended Plan
- Notice of Amended Plan (21 day) when required by 11 USC 1323 (c)
- Proof of Service when aplicable
Plans Modified After Confirmation
Filing Requirements:
- Modified Plan
- Motion to Modify Plan (required for Judge Utschig cases)
- Notice of Modified Plan or Notice of Motion to Modify Plan (21 day notice to ALL creditors)
- Proof of Service
- Proposed Order
Notice and Proof of Service may be docketed individually or included with the Modified Plan or Motion to Modify Plan event. If docketed separately, refer/link to the Modified Plan or Motion to Modify Plan event.
Proposed Orders MUST be filed separately in the appropriate format.
