HIGHLIGHTS
User Manual instructions on payment of filing fees via the internet.
- Filing fees are prescribed by statute or by resolution of the Judicial Conference pursuant to a statute.
- Electronic payment screen offers two options: Pay Now or Continue Filing.
- If Continue Filing is chosen, payment must be made by the end of the calendar day.
- To pay outstanding fees, Select Utilities > Internet Payment Due > Run Report
- Failure to pay outstanding fees by the end of day may result in revocation of your ability to file electronically.
