Electronic Public Access Miscellaneous Fee Schedule

Effective November 1, 2011

Following are fees to be charged by the courts in connection with electronic public access to court records.

Printing copies of any record or document accessed electronically at a public terminal in the courthouse

$0.10 per page

$0.08 per page

The maximum charge for any imaged document is $2.40, with the exception of transcripts of federal court proceedings.

Search of court records conducted by the PACER Service Center, per name or item searched

$30.00

The U.S. Trustee, Panel trustees, and certain other classes or persons or organizations are exempt from such fees.
