Archive Case Information

All cases originated in Eau Claire and closed through 2003 have been shipped to the National Archives.
All cases originated in Madison and closed through 2005 have been shipped to the National Archives.

In order to obtain information from these archived files, you will need the following case information which may be found in the case information area:

• Debtor(s) Name
• Case Number
• Case Closing Date
  

The Federal Records Center also requires the following information:

• Accession Number
• Box Number
• Location Number

To obtain these numbers, select the location where the case originated:  Eau Claire or Madison.
