Notice of Proposed Revised Local Rules and Opportunity for Public Comment
The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin hereby gives notice of proposed permanent changes in its Local Rules, and invites comment thereon. The new Rules will go into effect on June 1, 2015. The Court hereby invites public comments on the proposed rules.

Hearing Call-in Procedures--Madison and Eau Claire
Both offices have a toll-free call-in number for all preliminary hearings and pretrial conferences. In other words, we will no longer call you for hearings; you will call us.
Hearing notices will include the call-in number and access code. More specific procedures are available here.
