Form Changes Effective December 1, 2011

Several federal rules and form changes will go into effect December 1, 2011.

Revisions to Official Bankruptcy Forms: 1, 9A-9I, 10 including 3 new attachments, 25A.

Attorneys are encouraged to contact their software providers to ensure access to the new forms by the effective date.
