To record a Certification of Judgment, Foreign Judgment, Miscellaneous Proceedings with Wisconsin Western Bankruptcy Court:

To obtain a completed Certification of Judgment, Foreign Judgment, Miscellaneous Proceedings from a judgment recorded in Wisconsin Western Bankruptcy Court:

1. When a party wants to record a Foreign Judgment with Western Wisconsin, they submit the Certification of Judgment for Registration in Another District with our court (which is filled out by the originating court).

1. A Certification of Judgment is requested to register a judgment received in the bankruptcy court with any other district (i.e., district court or bankruptcy court). The form may also be used to register a judgment received in the bankruptcy court with a state or local court.

2. Filings are accepted via U.S. Mail or over the counter.

2. Complete the Certification of Judgment form (official form B265). Attach a copy of the Judgment and a copy of the docket.
