for Transcript of Judgment

A Transcript of Judgment is requested
to register a judgment received in the bankruptcy court with a
state or local court.
Note: A Certification
of Judgment is requested to register a judgment received in
the bankruptcy court with any other district (i.e., district court
or bankruptcy court). The form may also be used to register a
judgment received in bankruptcy court with a state or local courts.
The filing
fee is $9.00. There must be a Money Judgment recorded in the
(or for older Judgments, the Money
Judgment Book).
To
File Electronically:

Select [Adversary
> Miscellaneous].
Enter
the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).
Select [Request
for Transcript of Judgment] from the event list.
Skip
the .
Select
the party filer.
to select the Request for Transcript of Judgment (.pdf file).
Note: Any supporting documents and the Proof of Service
may be added as to this document.
To pay via credit
card, leave the receipt field blank and select NEXT to continue
filing.
Verify
the final docket text; if correct, click [Next]
to submit your document(s).
Note: The displays
giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are
immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic
notification in the case.
Locate
the Judgment in the Judgment Index. In ECF, [Reports
> Judgment Index].
Note: Older Judgments are being entered in the Judgment
Index. If not found in the Judgment Index, send email
to Ron.
Fill
in the "Transcript of Judgment" exactly as it
appears in the Judgment Index (or for order Judgments,
the Money Judgment Docket Book).
