Modified Plan (after confirmation)

Filing Requirements:

  • Modified Plan

  • Motion to Modify Plan (Required by Judge Utschig only)

  • 21-day Notice of modified plan or notice of motion to modify plan. Notice is sent to all creditors by the moving party. Rule 2002(a)(5)

  • Proof of Service

  • Proposed Order (may be filed after the last day to object has expired)


To File the Modified Plan Electronically:

  1. Log into CM/ECF.

  2. Select [Bankruptcy > Plan].

  3. Enter the case number (e.g, xx-xxxxx).

  4. Select [Modified Plan (After Confirmation)] from the event list.

  5. Skip the Joint Filing screen.

  6. Select the party filer.

  7. Browse to select the Modified Plan (.pdf file).

  8. Select the chapter.

  9. Refer to all previously filed Plans.

  10. Judge Martin Cases
    Enter the last day to object (defaults to 21 days; modify if necessary)

    Note: Remove this date if you are not filing a Notice at this time.

  11. Modify the text as appropriate.

  12. Verify the final docket text; if correct, click [Next] to submit your document(s).

    Note: The Notice of Electronic Filing displays giving you the document number. Copies of this notice are immediately e-mailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.

  13. Judge Martin Cases
    If notice was not filed with Modified Plan, electronically file/ the notice of modified plan along with the proof of service. [Notices > Notice of modified plan]
