E-Mail
Notification
Last Updated: November 8, 2011
The Notice of Electronic Filing is the verification that the
filing has been sent electronically to the Court’s database. It
certifies that this is now an official court document.
In order to receive notices of electronic
filing, the proper attorney record must be associated to the
case. Always SEARCH
for your attorney record rather than creating a new attorney
record.
Attorneys who represent parties in an adversary
proceeding now have the option to choose whether they want
e-mail notifications of bankruptcy activity if they have no
direct involvement in the bankruptcy case. Select [ Utilities > Maintain
Your ECF Account > Email
information ] then select radio button "Send notices
for adversary proceedings in which I am directly involved
