Methods of Payments

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin accepts the following methods of payment for fees and other associated Court costs.

Paid by Debtors:
Acceptable forms of payments are either a cashier's check or a money order.*  Personal checks will not be accepted. Please make payments payable to: Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and note the case number or Debtor's last name in the check memo.
*Cash is not accepted.
Paid by Attorneys or Parties (other than Debtors):
Acceptable forms of payments are either a law firm/business check, a credit card, a cashier's check or a money order.*  Please make payments payable to: Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and note the case number or Debtor's last name in the check memo.  Approved electronic filers can sign up and pay through the U.S. Treasury’s web payment service: https://pay.gov/public/home
*Cash is not accepted.
