Effective May 26, 2017, all prior Eau Claire Division Chapter 13 cases and related adversary proceedings filed on or after April 1, 2017, which were assigned to Judge Catherine J. Furay, will be reassigned to Judge Brett H. Ludwig.  All reassigned cases will continue to be processed in accordance with current court procedures.

Effective May 26, 2017, all new Eau Claire Division Chapter 13 cases and related adversary proceedings will be assigned to Judge Brett H. Ludwig.
