The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin will be closed on Monday, January 15, 2024, in observance of  Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. The court will resume normal operations on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.

CM/ECF will be fully operational and will accept electronic filings from registered users.
