The Clerk’s Offices in both Madison and Eau Claire will be closed for all in-person filings on Friday, August 11, 2023, to enable staff to attend a district-wide training program.  CM/ECF will be fully operational and will be accepting electronic filings from registered users. Documents that must be filed in-person can be delivered to U.S. District Court located at 120 North Henry Street, Room 320, Madison, Wisconsin 53703, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Documents that would normally be filed in-person at the Eau Claire divisional office can be dropped off in the court’s drop box located on the first floor of the Eau Claire Courthouse.
