Notice Regarding the Chapter 13 Mortgage Modification Mediation Program

The Chapter 13 Mortgage Modification Mediation Program was dissolved in November 2025 and is no longer active. The court does not administer a formal mortgage modification mediation program, and no replacement program currently exists. 

Parties who wish to pursue mediation in connection with a Chapter 13 case may file an appropriate motion or request on the case docket. 

Questions regarding mediation requests may be directed to the clerk's office.
