Notice Regarding New Payment Option for Fees Due to the Court
A new option is available for the payment of certain fees, including filing fee installments, searches, certified copies, exemplifications, recordings of hearings, and other fees.
By using the Online Payment Form, fees may be paid by debit card, bank account (ACH), or PayPal. If the ACH option is used, please pay close attention to your account information. If we receive a returned item, you will be charged a $53.00 returned item fee. Credit cards are not permitted under this new payment option.
The Online Payment Form cannot be used by ECF filers for payments generated in ECF. If you incur a fee through ECF and try to make a payment through the Online Payment Form, your account will be locked out by the ECF system and prevent you from filing anything. It is very important that you continue to pay your filing fees through ECF as you have been and only use the Online Payment Form for fees that, until now, have been paid by mail, drop box, or at the intake counter.
