The United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit today announced the appointment of Rachel M. Blise to the office of bankruptcy judge for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Ms. Blise is planning to take the bench on March 17, 2021. She succeeds Judge Ludwig and will likely sit by designation routinely in the Western District.
