Despite a government shutdown, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin will remain open and continue operations through January 11, 2019, at which time the Federal Judiciary will reassess its situation.

All proceedings and deadlines remain in effect as scheduled unless otherwise advised. The electronic filing system, CM/ECF, will remain in operation for the electronic filing of documents with the Court.
