Bankruptcy Notices to Canada Suspended
The Administrative Office of the Courts has notified the Court that mail delivery has been suspended to Canada due to an ongoing national strike by the Canadian Union of Post Workers. Bankruptcy notice delivery has also been impacted. As of November 15, 2024, court issued notices to any recipients in Canada will not be delivered until the strike is over. Electronic bankruptcy noticing is not an option for international recipients; therefore, it should not be assumed that a Canadian recipient has received electronic notice.
Additional information and updates will be available on The Bankruptcy Noticing Center website.
