On June 21, 2021, the United States Trustee Program will begin the use of uniform monthly operating reports (MORs) and quarterly post-confirmation reports (PCRs) by all debtors except those who are small businesses or who, in accordance with the CARES Act, elect relief under Subchapter V of Chapter 11. To ensure a smooth transition, the United State Trustee’s Office will host a 1-hour informational session on May 17, 2021, to familiarize filers with the new forms and answer questions about the requirements.
