Updated Inclement Weather Schedule for Madison
The Madison Divisional Office will close at 2:30 p.m. today due to inclement weather conditions. Clerk’s Office staff will telework and be available to assist remotely. Inclement Weather Schedule for December 22 - 23, 2022
Due to the inclement weather forecast and dangerous travel conditions predicted, the Eau Claire Divisional Office will be closed on December 22nd and 23rd.  The Madison Divisional Office will be closed on December 23rd.  All scheduled court hearings for Thursday will proceed as scheduled.  Clerk’s Office staff will telework and be available to assist remotely on Thursday and Friday.  CM/ECF will continue to be available for electronic filing.  For assistance or questions, please contact the Clerk’s Office at (833) 758-0380.

Bankruptcy Court Closed in Observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin will be close on Thursday, November 24, 2022, in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, as well as Friday, November 25, 2022.  CM/ECF will be fully operational and will be accepting electronic filings from registered users.

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin will be closed on Friday, November 11, 2022, in observance of Veterans Day.  The Court will resume normal operations on Monday, November 14, 2022.  CM/ECF will be fully operational and will be accepting electronic filings from registered users.

Change in Payment Method for Eau Claire effective October 3, 2022
Starting October 3, 2022, the Eau Claire Clerk’s Office will no longer accept payments at the in-take counter. Parties may pay online through pay.gov, bring payments to the Madison Clerk’s Office, or mail payments to: U.S. Bankruptcy Court Western District of Wisconsin 120 North Henry Street, Room 340 Madison, Wisconsin 53703-2559 For interested parties, the Online Payment Form can be accessed here. The Court has also posted the Online Payment Form Instructions here. If you have any questions about the Online Payment Form, please contact the ACH Help Desk at ACH_Payments@wiwb.uscourts.gov. U.S. Trustee's Office Introduces Updated Chapter 11 Operating Instructions and Operating Requirements and Exhibits On August 15, 2022, the U.S. Trustee’s Office for Region 11 posted updated Chapter 11 Operating Instructions and Operating Requirements (“OIRR”) and exhibits for use in all chapter 11 cases. The updated OIRR apply to all chapter 11 cases filed in the Northern District of Illinois and the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
