Chief District Judge Peterson and Chief Bankruptcy Judge Furay have issued Administrative Order 357 -  In Re: Directives for Operations in the Absence of Appropriations for the District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.

Bankruptcy Court Open During Government Shutdown
Despite a government shutdown, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Wisconsin will remain open and continue operations through January 11, 2019, at which time the Federal Judiciary will reassess its situation. All proceedings and deadlines remain in effect as scheduled unless otherwise advised. The electronic filing system, CM/ECF, will remain in operation for the electronic filing of documents with the Court.
